Objects are produced in small quantities. Availability shown on the website reflects current inventory. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are collected where required. Tripp-Works may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

SHIPPING

Shipping is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is provided when an order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

SATISFACTION & RETURNS

We want you to be pleased with your Tripp-Works object when you see it, hold it, and live with it. If you decide it isn’t for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return the object in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.

If an object arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, contact us promptly. We will make it right and cover the necessary shipping.

MATERIALS & VARIATION

Tripp-Works objects are made and finished in small quantities. Natural and handmade variations in wood, metal, leather, color, grain, markings, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

INERT AMMUNITION FORMS

All ammunition forms used on Tripp-Works objects are permanently inert. They contain no powder or primers, and primer pockets have been irreversibly enlarged and rendered unusable. These objects are not ammunition and are not intended to function as ammunition.

LOCAL LAWS

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether an object may legally be purchased, received, possessed, or used in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Tripp-Works reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when we believe shipment would be prohibited or inappropriate.

PRODUCT USE

Tripp-Works objects are intended for handling, appreciation, and display. They are not toys. Some objects contain magnets, metal components, small parts, or other materials that should be kept away from young children.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our objects accurately. Screen displays, natural materials, and individual production variations mean that the object received may not appear exactly identical to the object photographed.
